If you are thinking of buying a new residential or commercial property it is advisable to have an Engineer carry out a Structural Survey / Building Survey on the property and produce a report on the buildings condition.

Our Structural Surveys / Building Surveys and Engineers report will identify any signs of structural defects and give recommendations on how the material defect needs to be monitored, repaired or replaced. Our Structural Engineers have over 15 years experience in carrying out Structural Surveys which helps us identify where a crack on the wall can be minor cosmetic plaster cracking due to natural settlement of the building or something more serious such as foundation subsidence or under sized structural members which are unable to carry floor or roof loadings above. 

Other items which can be noted on the report is where we observe that some aspect of the building does not comply with the current building regulations.
